Nice to meet you, I'm Rocheli Cohen.

בשנים האחרונות אני עובדת בקבוצת ״חדרפרטי״, העוסקת בתחום האירועים וההפקות. במסגרת התפקידים שלי עסקתי בניהול משאבי אנוש - בגיוס, תמיכה ורווחה, תפעלתי ותחזקתי את המערכות הטכניות במקום וגם ניהלתי אירועים בפועל. In recent years, I've been working with the "hederprati" group, which operates in the field of event production and management. In my roles, I have dealt with human resources management - recruitment, support, and welfare, I have operated and maintained the technical systems in the venue, and have directly managed events.

לאורך השנים צברתי ניסיון רחב בעולם האירועים – גם מהצד התפעולי וגם מהצד הניהולי. העבודה איפשרה לי לראות את האירוע מכל הזוויות – האנשים, התפעול והטכנולוגיה שמאחורי הקלעים. Over the years, I have accumulated broad experience in the world of events - both from the operational side and from the management side. The work allowed me to see events from every angle - people, operations, and the technology behind the scenes.

את הידע הטכני שלי אני מביאה מניסיון של שנים בתחום הסאונד, התאורה והבמה. My technical knowledge comes from years of experience in the field of sound, lighting, and stage.

מתוך העבודה שלי באירועים עצמם, אני מזהה צורך ברור: איש מקצוע טכני שמלווה את האירוע כבר משלב סגירת האירוע ועד לרגע הביצוע בפועל. כך נולד השירות שלי - ייעוץ וליווי טכני לאירועים. אני מלווה ארגונים וחברות משלב תכנון האירוע ועד רגע הביצוע, ודואגת שהמערך הטכני יעבוד בצורה חלקה וללא תקלות. לעזור לכם וגם לחסוך זמן וכסף בדרך. From my work in events themselves, I identified a clear need: a technical professional who accompanies the event from the planning stage to the moment of actual execution. This is how my service was born - technical consultation and support for events. I accompany organizations and companies from the event planning stage until the moment of execution, ensuring that the technical system works smoothly and without issues - helping you while saving time and money along the way.

המטרה שלי היא פשוט לתת לכם שקט מהצד הטכני. My goal is simply to give you peace of mind on the technical side.

מעבר למקצועיות, אני מביאה איתי גם את מי שאני - אדם רגוע (בעיקר בזמן לחץ) שיודע להחזיק את המערך הטכני של האירוע באווירה נעימה ובשליטה מלאה. Beyond professionalism, I also bring with me who I am - a calm person (especially during times of pressure) who knows how to maintain the technical systems of the event in a pleasant atmosphere and with full control.
